LEAD Steps is a quarterly class where we define our values and leadership culture.

LEAD Steps takes potential leaders through our five values at Rise. Each session will be a deep dive into the what and why of our values. In addition, we learn how to lead others at Rise in each of these areas. This course is a prerequisite for leading a Rise Team or small group. The sixth lesson focuses directly on leading a small group.

This class will take place over two Saturdays from 9 am - 12 noon. We will be meeting in the Chuckwagon. Water, coffee, and light refreshments will be provided.
