Do Over

Every New Year we take the time to assess our lives as well as ourselves…We strive to eliminate bad habits, we plan to exercise more, and we set a pace to achieve new goals. BUT what happens when all of our plans and good intentions from the New Year come to a screeching halt or never even had the chance to begin? After a long year of empty promises, goals un-met and unforeseen events…we can’t help but ask ourselves, “Can We Get a ‘DO OVER?’"
